Databases
- Review existing databases
- Compile database for activity providers
Product Development Groups
- Cluster groups established for individual products such as walking
or on a project-by-project basis
- Lead meetings for cluster groups and drive actions
Activity Tourism Forum
- Consider projects such as: Activity areas at TICs, Coherent set of
literature for activity providers, advertising, training, tool kits,
packaging of activity tourism activities.
- Prepare and submit funding applications / economic appraisals to allow
implementation of work programme
- Action / lead projects arising from ATF
- Training needs assessment undertaken
- Establish ATF working group
- Secretarist to working group
- Agree work programme for ATP

Communication - Industry
- Update news section on CAAN website weekly
- Re-tender and award contract for newsletter

- Deliver information awareness seminars to the trade to countryside
officers and TIC's
Strategic FAM trips
- Programme agreed with NITB each year for the following year
