To facilitate a wide range of organisations including local and central government organisations, protected area management bodies, governing bodies of sport, local clubs and community groups in their planning of new recreational facilities ensuring that the wider issues surrounding countryside recreation development are considered.

Mournes
Sperrins
South Armagh
Fermanagh

Maintain a database of countryside recreation in Northern Ireland
